0–1 Business Day Handling time for standard, in-stock online shop purchases.

Where We Deliver

This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is free. For Northern Ireland and other UK destinations, please visit SeedBombShop.co.uk.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Standard, in-stock shop purchases are normally prepared within 0–1 business day.

  • The daily order cut-off time is 12:00 noon, Irish time.
  • Orders received after 12:00 noon are prepared for dispatch on the following business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Production and delivery times for bulk, branded or customised orders are confirmed separately before the order is finalised.

Delivery Methods and Times

Personal product purchases placed through the online shop are sent using regular An Post postal services. Bulk orders are sent using a courier service.

Standard shipments are normally in transit for approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, so please allow additional time during public holidays and peak postal periods.

If an order is needed for a particular date, please contact Seed Bomb Ireland before ordering.

Delivery Address Changes

Please check the recipient name, delivery address and postcode carefully before completing an order.

If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will assist where the order has not already been dispatched. Once a parcel is in transit, changing its delivery address may no longer be possible.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If an order has not arrived within the expected period, or it arrives damaged, please contact us with the order number and delivery details so the matter can be reviewed promptly.

Seed Bomb Ireland remains responsible for an order until it is received by the customer or a person nominated by the customer to accept it. This does not apply where the customer independently arranges a delivery provider that was not offered by Seed Bomb Ireland.

For a damaged parcel, please retain the packaging and provide clear photographs where possible. This helps us review the delivery and arrange the appropriate next step.

Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us promptly. For standard, non-personalised goods purchased online, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
