These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of SeedBomb.ie and to purchases made through this website.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

1. About SeedBomb.ie

SeedBomb.ie is an Irish website supplying wildflower seed bomb products, gifts, wedding favours, and promotional seed bomb products for customers in the Republic of Ireland.

SeedBomb.ie is operated by McCanna Group LTD trading as Seed Bomb Ireland.

Website: SeedBomb.ie
Trading name: Seed Bomb Ireland
Address: Ballinvalley, Oldcastle, Co. Meath, Ireland
Email: Seedbombsales@gmail.com

SeedBomb.ie is operated from the Republic of Ireland. These Terms and Conditions are intended for customers using the website within the Republic of Ireland.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes only.

You must not:

  • misuse the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database, customer data, or connected systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware, spam links, scripts, or other harmful material;
  • interfere with the proper operation or security of the website;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

Unauthorised access, interference with data, or interference with information systems may be treated as a serious matter under Irish law.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately.

Seed bomb products are natural planting products. Results may vary depending on soil, weather, season, location, planting method, watering, wildlife, birds, insects, site conditions, and other environmental factors outside our control.

Images on the website are for guidance only. Natural products, packaging, seed mixes, colours, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly.

Our products are intended for planting only. They are not food and must not be eaten.

Seed bombs should only be used on land where you have permission to plant. Do not use seed bombs on private land, public land, protected habitats, nature reserves, roadsides, farmland, or managed ecological sites unless you have permission and the planting is suitable for that location.

4. Native Wildflower and Planting Information

SeedBomb.ie products are designed for use in the Republic of Ireland unless stated otherwise.

Planting advice provided on the website is general guidance only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that seed bomb products are suitable for their intended location and use.

For larger biodiversity, community, school, corporate, or public planting projects, customers should check site suitability before planting.

SeedBomb.ie cannot guarantee germination, flowering, plant establishment, or biodiversity outcomes because planting results depend on weather, soil, season, location, aftercare, and other conditions outside our control.

5. Orders

When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
  • payment is not authorised;
  • delivery details are incomplete or incorrect;
  • we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity;
  • the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in euro (€).

Payment is taken through the payment methods available at checkout. This may include PayPal or another secure payment provider.

SeedBomb.ie does not store full card payment details on the website.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

7. Delivery

Delivery information is set out on our Shipping Policy page.

We currently sell and deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, courier delays, weather, seasonal demand, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns and Cancellation Rights

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

For most online purchases, consumers in Ireland have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Some products are excluded from this right, including tailor-made or personalised items.

Personalised, branded, bespoke, corporate, wedding, custom-labelled, or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once production has started, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Where a return is accepted, returned products should be unused, unopened where applicable, and in resaleable condition unless the product is faulty.

For eligible standard returns within Ireland, the customer is responsible for return postage. The standard return postage cost is €10.00 unless the return is due to our error, a faulty item, an incorrect item, or damage caused before delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or do not meet the contract.

9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Seedbombsales@gmail.com

Please include your order number, photographs where relevant, and details of the issue so we can review the matter.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will deal with the issue in line with Irish consumer law. This may include replacement, refund, repair, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

10. Personalised, Branded, Wedding, and Corporate Orders

For personalised, branded, wedding, event, or corporate orders, the customer is responsible for checking all names, dates, logos, wording, artwork, quantities, and delivery details before approval.

Once artwork, wording, or order details have been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may involve additional costs.

Lead times for custom orders are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

SeedBomb.ie may refuse artwork, wording, or branding that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, discriminatory, or unsuitable for our products or brand values.

11. Business and Trade Orders

Where SeedBomb.ie accepts a business, corporate, promotional, event, school, community, or trade order, these Terms and Conditions apply unless a separate written agreement is agreed by SeedBomb.ie.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products, branding, artwork, quantities, deadlines, delivery details, and intended planting use are suitable for their project.

For larger branded or promotional orders, payment terms, production timelines, proof approval, artwork requirements, and delivery arrangements may be confirmed separately in writing.

12. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • may be limited to one use per customer;
  • may not be used with other offers;
  • may be changed, withdrawn, or refused where misuse is suspected.

16. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are handled in accordance with our cookie settings or cookie notice, where available.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

SeedBomb.ie is not responsible for:

  • planting failure caused by unsuitable conditions, incorrect use, weather, wildlife, soil type, lack of watering, season, or other environmental factors;
  • loss caused by use of products on land where the customer did not have permission to plant;
  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • business losses unless specifically agreed in writing;
  • delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include severe weather, fire, flood, strike, postal or courier disruption, supply shortages, technical failure, cyber incident, public-health restrictions, government action, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact on affected orders.
